Suzi Knight, Principal Broker / Owner

Suzi has been an agent with Clinton Real Estate since 2006. She and her husband purchased Clinton Real Estate in 2010, where she is now the Principal Broker. She was born and raised in Brunswick, Georgia until she and her husband moved to Clinton in 1993. Suzi started her professional career as a loan processor and then moved on to work for a local attorney for seven years. Rita Collums, Sales Associate

Rita is a native of Van Buren County. Rita was raised in Clinton and now she and her husband, Sammy, reside in Bee Branch, a small town south of Clinton, which is located in Van Buren County. Rita worked in the County and Circuit Clerk's Office in Van Buren County and then as an official court reporter for the 20th Judicial District, consisting of Faulkner, Van Buren and Searcy Counties for sixteen years. Kenny Whillock, Associate Broker

A native of Van Buren County, Kenny lives in Clinton, Arkansas. Kenny is a 1970 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Real Estate. He has had his license since 1972 and has been both a Principle and Associate Broker. Before entering the real estate profession, Kenny worked for McIlroy Bank in Fayetteville and Union National Bank in Little Rock and was a teacher in Gravette, Arkansas. Jimmy McEntire, Sales Associate

Jimmy is a life long resident of Van Buren County and lives in Clinton. He has been licensed to sell real estate since 1976. Jimmy retired from the Arkansas State Forestry Department after 41 years as a State Forester in Van Buren County. Jimmy says, “There is probably not a square foot of land in Van Buren County that I haven’t been over at least twice.” He and his son Clif have developed and subdivided many rural and suburban tracts and they both have a “special” ability to find the perfect property for subdivision. A life long resident and native of Van Buren County, Jerel lives in Shirley, Arkansas. Before entering the real estate profession, he was a teacher and coach at Shirley and Alread.
